Refund & Return Policy

AutoBlox (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted Roblox game development platform as a digital subscription service. Because access to our platform is granted immediately upon purchase and all deliverables are digital in nature, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
1. No Refunds on Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription plan (Developer, Pro, or any other tier), you are charged immediately and granted access to the platform for the applicable billing period. We do not issue refunds or credits for:
- Partial billing periods remaining after a cancellation.
- Unused AI generation credits included in your subscription.
- Periods during which you did not use the service.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality.
- Accidental subscription purchases or plan upgrades.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of charges already made.
2. No Refunds on Credits or Add-Ons
Any additional AI credits, add-ons, or one-time purchases are non-refundable once issued to your account. Credits are a digital consumable and are considered used upon issuance regardless of whether you actively consume them.
3. All Sales Are Final
By completing a purchase on AutoBlox, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service is a digital product delivered instantly.
- There is no physical goods return process.
- You have read and understood this policy before purchasing.
- You waive any right to a “cooling off” period to the extent permitted by law.
4. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to override rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that mandates refund rights for digital services (such as certain EU member states under applicable directives), those statutory rights are not excluded by this policy. Contact us to discuss your situation.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, billed at the wrong amount, billed after cancellation, or charged twice — please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund as appropriate. Billing errors are distinct from a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service.
To report a billing error, email autoblox.problems@gmail.com with “Billing Error” in the subject line and include the charge date, amount, and a description of the issue.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks. If you have a legitimate concern, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your payment provider.
7. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges, go to your Profile page and select “Cancel Subscription.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until that date.
