Terms of Service

AutoBlox is open to everyone. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

AutoBlox is not available to individuals or organizations that are prohibited from using it under applicable law, or that have previously had their accounts terminated.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at autoblox.problems@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, API key, or access credentials with anyone else. Each account is for a single user.

AutoBlox provides AI-powered tools to help you write Lua scripts, design UI, and build game structures for use in Roblox Studio. The AI output is provided “as-is” and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code before using it in production games.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious, deceptive, or exploit code intended to harm users or games.
• Violate Roblox's own Terms of Service, Community Standards, or Developer policies.
• Create, distribute, or facilitate spam, phishing, or other abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, weights, or systems.
• Resell, license, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without prior authorization.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules without notice or liability.

Your content. The prompts you submit and the code AutoBlox generates in response to your prompts are yours to use in your Roblox projects, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

No training on your content. We will not use your prompts or generated outputs to train or fine-tune AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

AI limitations. AI-generated code may contain bugs, security flaws, or license-incompatible snippets. AutoBlox makes no warranty that generated code is free from errors or third-party rights. You assume full responsibility for how you use it.

Content standards. You agree not to submit prompts designed to produce content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates applicable law or platform rules.

Some features of AutoBlox require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If your payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any amounts owed.

The AutoBlox platform, including its design, code, models, trademarks, and infrastructure, is owned by AutoBlox and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any license to our IP except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

You retain ownership of content you create independently. By submitting prompts to the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Roblox, Auth0, Stripe, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ai-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autoblox and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoBlox harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual (not class-action) basis, except where prohibited by law. You may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via in-app notice for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the Service before the effective date.
